1. Please e-mail inquiries, questions, orders to sales@sunnypromotion.com. We will e-mail you a free proof once we receive your order and personalized texts or logo.
2. Purchase orders must include the item number, quantity, unit price and or other fees applied with complete shipping address and shipping instruction.
3. Order acknowledgement will be e-mailed within 24 hours after receiving your Purchase order. Please feel free to contact us if you don't receive the order acknowledgement .
4. Order cancellation fee: Since this is for personalized product, orders cannot be canceled once proof is approved.

1. File Formats: Vector EPS files with outlined texts. PDF files are subject to review by our Art Department.
2. Plesae e-mail artwork to artwork@sunnypromotion.com, with reference to your Purchase Order Number in the subject line.
3. Personalization: All personalization name list must be provided in Word, or Excel File. 

1. All prices shown in this website are F.O.B. Upland, CA. Freight and insurance will be added to the invoice.

1. Pre-payment: We accept VISA or MasterCard for pre-payment order after approval on the proof. 

1. Merchandise found to be incorrect due to Sunny USA's error will be replaced at no additional cost, only if returned within 30 days of receipt of goods. All the replacements will be shipped by UPS ground only.
2. No returns will be accepted without a prior return authorization from Sunny USA.

1. Engraving set up fee: $65.00(V) per location.
2.  Re-set up: $55.00 (V) per location.
3. Personalization fee $9.00(V)/pc for up to three (3) lines  of texts.

All the artwork or material submitted by the Buyer will be accepted by the factory as being in complete compliance with all laws regarding trademark, service mark, copyright, right of privacy, patent or similar protection. All the artwork, designs, and trademarks engraved or imprinted on the products displayed in this website are produced only as examples of the type and quality of the decorated products available from our line of products. They are not intended to represent that the products are either endorsed by, or produced for the owners of the artwork, designed or trademark
